Varsity volleyball (14-9) beat NCC rival Kokomo 25-14, 25-21, 20-25, 25-9. Ashli Rice pounded 13 kills and found 6 aces up her sleeves. Melissa Grossman had 10 kills. Allie Zahm had 34 assists and Morgan Broderick had 21 digs.
The JV team (13-6) moved to 7 games over .500 with a 25-20 and 25-17 win. Gretchen Pegan was exceptional all night and collected 5 kills. Hannah Landrum had 2 aces, Kayla Koch had 14 assists, and Taylor Hiers had 4 digs.
The 9th team (6-7) won in
two games, 25-13 & 25-17. Allyson Trout had 7 kills, Audrey Hiner
had 12 assists, and Josie Eckert had 3 aces.
Varsity Tennis (8-9) dropped a 4 to 1 contest against Kokomo. David Ballard was the lone winner at #1
singles. The JV team (9-7-1)
watched Jeremy Rice, Ben North, Matt Harter, and Alex Sereno win 2 of the 9
total matches.
