The Huntington North Boys Cross Country team persevered through illness to place 4th at the State Preview Meet in Terre Haute Saturday. Coach Curtis Hines explained, "Flu was holding a few of our runners back, but we'll soon be healthy. The team showed a lot of maturity today. We have our bearings and know where we have to go."
Ross Ochs, Josh Graham and Austin Roberts all had good runs coming in at 16:03,16:22, and 16:42. Jake Crosley had a PR today at 17:05. The rest of the 12 runners from the Vikes shook out as follows: Kaylan Newcomb and Sam Doughty both ran 17:28, Cordell Lewis a 17:42, Darius Vogleman and Sean Lewis clocked 17:48's and Josh McIntyre and Logan Juillerat checked in with an 18:08 and an 18:18 respectively.
