Florence Jeanette Spath, 81 of Huntington, passed away Thursday March 11, 2010 at 10:40 am at Oakbrook Village. She was associated with Pathfinders.
Jeannette was born July 28, 1928 in Huntington, the daughter of Jacob C. and Edith E. (Johnson) Spath. She is survived by a brother Bill “Junior” Spath of Arizona and a sister Doris Green of Huntington, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers Edward, Earl, Russell and Robert Spath and 2 sisters Isabelle Taylor and Mary Holmes.
Visitation will be held Sunday March 14, from 2-6 pm at Deal-Rice Funeral Home- Huntington Chapel. Services will be Monday March 15 at 11 am at the funeral home with Rev. Elzie Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, N. Manchester.
