Officers of the Kokomo Police Department were called to Park Avenue and Washington Street shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a naked woman in a wheelchair.
When police arrived and questioned Louanna Ray, 51, about why she was exposing herself, she said she was “showing off her sexy,” according to a police report.
She continued to expose her breasts to officers and was taken into custody on a Class C misdemeanor public nudity.
