Greenwood -- Libertarian Congressional Candidate from Indiana’s 9th District, Jason Sharp, has officially withdrawn from the 2012 Congressional Race citing a desire to put aside partisanship and instead work together with Eric Holcomb and the Indiana GOP in ensuring the best chances for success.
“This election is about defeating President Barack Obama, which must be priority number one. Our country is at a crossroads, and we cannot afford to elect the wrong people to represent us in Washington. That is why I am excited to endorse Mike Pence, Todd Young, Woody Burton, Kelly Khuri, and Governor Mitt Romney.” Sharp said. “We all need to be working together toward a real opportunity to win - and not squander this window of opportunity running against those whom we agree with a majority of the time.”
Jason Sharp has accepted the position of Indiana State GOP Outreach Representative and will be working to assist in electing Mike Pence, Mitt Romney, Todd Young, Woody Burton, Kelly Khuri, and various other Republican candidates at the GOP Victory Centers throughout Indiana.
Election Day is November 6th. You can find out more information on the Indiana GOP and Republican candidates by visiting http://www.indgop.org

Well, there are a considerable number of Libertarians who just really couldn't get the Republican Party to accept them but still have their head so far up the GOP's butt that you can hardly tell where one ends and the other begins.
I spoke about Bob Barr the other day being a closet fascist/statist (Republican) the other day.
They're not all like that, and some of them at least mostly mean what they say, and say what they mean (I believe that Gary Johnson and Rupert Boneham do).
I don't always agree with them, but at least they don't strike me as two-faced liar scumbags like this "Jason Sharp".
The Libertarians don't want anything to do with the Teabaggers. Don't take my word for it, listen to THEM.

"There are two kinds of Tea Partiers," said Benedict. "One kind is so blinded by its hatred of Obama and Democrats that it cannot see fault with Republicans. It's the other kind the Libertarian Party is reaching out to."
It goes on to talk about why Republicans are not a good choice, and that even when they say they will shrink the government, it actually grows much larger.
Under George W. Bush, the military spending more than quadrupled, and the civilian federal government grew by an average of 35%.
You're not doing yourself any favors when you vote for Mitt Romney, who will be no different than George W. Bush.
There's a reason Ron Paul didn't endorse John McCain, and I don't believe he will endorse Romney. He said the choice between Democrats and Republicans is a charade that leaves voters to choose between the lesser of two evils.

At the end of the day, you get Coke vs. Pepsi. In that case, though, you can simply refuse to choose one or the other because you know they're both bad for you.
In this analogy, I'd call the Republicans Coke, because Coke the sugary junk drink causes diabetes and Coke the company murders union organizers, wheras Pepsi is just a sugary junk drink that causes diabetes.
If you have no problem sucking down a mass of high fructose corn syrup in brown colored carbonated water, don't let me stop you from enjoying your "freedom".
