The Gary Snyder Show on 1400 WBAT (Marion, IN) weekdays from 3-6 pm, is looking for the right sales team to help grow our business. The Gary Snyder Show focuses on state and national politics (top national and state political guests), sports and pop-culture along with other content productsto go with multiple growth opportunities, including one of Indiana's top political blog sites. Our sales include local, regional, and statewide clients. If you are interested in being part of growing a talk show to the next level this might be a fit for you. Compensation package for this independent contractor consists of an impressive commission and bonus structure.
While persistence and preparation is important, this job is not as much about persuading as it is about listening, understanding and communicating. We are a fast growing company with solid brand awareness in the market. Our entrepreneurial organization is constantly creating new and unique ideas that create profitable platforms for our clients. You must be able to listen to prospective clients, determine whether we can help them grow their business and find the right fit for our organization.

• Must be a great listener
• Understand how we can help clients and communicate that to prospective advertisers
• Self motivated and aggressive.
Must enjoy talking to prospects about our business and exploring possibilities for partnerships.
• Must have high character.
• Must be willing to accept a commissions combined with bonus incentives.
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have an engaging personality, strong ability to focus and solid communication skills.
• Must be organized and have good computer skills.
