In a response to my public document request to the Indiana State Police asking for "Any records up to and including notes, investigation reports, referral to investigate a criminal complaint lodged against Huntington County Commissioner Tom Wall, the following response was given. And why the police did deny my request, they did confirm the existance of the investigation:
The Indiana State Police may have records responsive to your request. However, any such records are "investigatory records" as defined by Indiana code. Under the provisions of Indiana code, investigatory records of law enforcement agencies are excepted from disclosure at the discretion of the agency. As a matter of agency policy, the Indiana State Police Department does not release laboratory reports of criminal investigations or other investigatory records.
Therefore, you request is denied.

If that is the extent of their response they did not confirm anything. That first sentence is standard boilerplate language for a denial.

Good Grief,
Go ask Tommy yourself. If you listen to the interview like I did, you would here Bellamy say he spoke with Tommy about the incident and admitted there was an investigation but it was "just a disgrntled employee.

Good Grief, Its all in the verbage, yes there is an investigation handed to the State Police, a young lady has filed sexual misconduct charges, this young lady happened to work for Wall, these are serious charges he could lose the farm and I am guessing when it comes out he will get a letter from fellow office holders asking to move on to other pastures. Maybe a job at Big Lots. I cannot say I miss his picture in the Tab and Herald Press where is Waldo.
