The Huntington County Circuit Court has set September 27th & 28th to hear testimony regarding the Indiana State police investigation into sexual misconduct allegation made about President of the Huntington County Commissioners, Tom Wall. Subpoena's were delivered over the past several days to potential witnesses scheduled to appear in front of the grand jury.
We first broke the story back in June. Our sources at the time indicated the grand jury would be conducted by a special prosecutor in Whitley County and would end on September 27th. Turns out we were off a little but the grand jury has been confirmed by the Huntington Circuit Court. Huntington County Democratic Chair Randy Bellamy has called for Tom Wall to address the allegations and investigation since Wall (a Republican) is in a contested general election contest against Democrat Ken Zuk.
