While Tom Wall is giving interviews claiming he's not guilty, sources close to Tom Wall tell me he is quietly working on a plea deal on the 7 counts of battery (inappropriately touching) on two women.
Tom Wall is hoping to plead guilty to one on each women in return for the remaining charges to be dropped. Sources also say a key component to the plea deal will be a pretrial diversion program that allows the convictions to be expunged after one year, if he stays "clean" and the text messages sent from him to one of the victims to stay out of the public eye.

Keep up the good work, Gary.

Plea deal? Eph that. No deal. And expunged after a year? What a sad little town and despicable set of "leaders" there.

It is great to see that you have so many connections and there are so many holes in our court system. This was a closed grand jury and yet the leak at the court house gets back to you! Tom has already pleaded not guilty. The charges are for rude and insulent manner, nothing sexual or touching. Its obvious that the facts are not what you want to hear, instead this shows to be part of political malice and deviance.

C Roper,
Try doing your research, Tom has not pleaded anything as of yet, his initial hearing is set for November 14th. The charges are for 7 counts of Class B misemeanor battery against two women. The state police investigation report also states "inappropriate touching of the two women" Their words, not mine. So either he's a predator or at a minimum not a very good husband. My souces have been dead on with this story since June when I broke it so excuse me if I ignore your bloviating as an ignorant attempt to defend the undefendable. BTW, wait until you see the text messages from F. Tom Wall to one of the victims!

I would like to think that your “source” is giving you all this groundbreaking and exclusive information because he/she/they is/are a noble individual/s. However, as with all things hidden, there is always an agenda. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect either, but then again, this is Huntington right?

Being noble isn't a requirement to be a source, CJ. I am among the many who have been at the sharp end of Tom Wall sword. I know how he uses his perceived power to condescend then blame his victims. He is extremely deliberate in his quest to further or satisfy himself and will hurt whoever gets in his way if that's what it takes. In this case it is women but he has a long history of political backstabbing and cover ups. As so often happens, he over-reached finally and no one in his circle of pals can help him now. The trial may be well attended as many are waiting for payback to such a flawed character as Tom Wall. Jail time would do him good---give him some time to think and better himself. He should not hold political office.

Tom wall needs some place to be alone and think about his actions

Its called Karma,
1. He gets crushed in his run for State Senator and in the process made to look stupid.
2. All of his incumbent sidekicks how he supported are beat in the primary as in Juillerat, both Updike's, Felts, Hoke and Helvie.
3. Now the big payback happens, he may lose the election, he will in one way or another be found guilty, if doesn't resign I am sure with a guilty plea most of the office holders (most despise him) will ask for his resignation and the Civil action by the two Ladies most probably will take a good portion of his cash.
4. I am sure Rosy may have a few surprises for Tommy.
