Tom Wall due in court October 3rd to enter plea

Tom Wall, President of the Huntington County Commissioners and Republican candidate for reelection, is due in a Huntington County Court Wednesday, October 3rd at 8:45 am.  Wall is expected to enter a plea to the 7 counts of Class B Misdemeanor Battery on two women a Huntington County Grand Jury indicted him on last Friday.  Tom Wall is free on $750 bond.

Gary, it blows my mind how you will post articles about an innocent man who did nothing the media has accused him of, and completely ignore the middle school youth leader who was SOLICITING NAKED PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF MINORS. Kill the Tom story already. He has an abundance of friends and family members like me in full support of him, and his innocence. I don't understand how you could make rude comments (don't worry, I heard them) about Tom, and not even rag on a pedafile like Nate Hasty.

Tom is not the victim, he needs to grow a couple and apologize to the young ladies, voters of Huntington County and his family then resign.

It sounds like the heat for his resignation is going to be turned up real shortly, he could save a lot of grief to his family and Huntington by stepping aside.

There are only a select few (those involved) that know the absolute truth. If Tom has done the things that are alleged, then he should resign without delay and apologize for his actions. If he is truly innocent, then he should fight on and prove it in open court. I'm not a fan of anyone stepping down when accused of something. If that were the case, we'd have half of all elected positions vacant in the US.

I can not believe how rude you are. I was a victim of sexual battery myself, so saying something like that's highly disrespectful. Then again, why would you care? You are worried about spreading rumors to give a losing candidate a fighting chance. I know Tom, and I know he is innocent.
