It's Thursday on The Gary Snyder Show on 1400 WBAT from 3-5pm and Indiana Talks from 9-11pm.
Guests include:
Mike O'Brien, Howey Politics contributor and Hendricks County GOP Chair, gives us the latest from the right side of the General Assembly aisle.
Mark Small & Paul Ogden, co-hosts of Civil Discourse Now on IndianaTalks.com, debate the issues of the day.
Abdul, publisher of IndyPolitics.org and host of Politcally Speaking, gives us the latest from the Indiana political grapevine.

Regarding Indypolitics.org, which has a comment system that uses Facebook (which means I can't comment because I disagree with Facebook)....
It would be refreshing if the Republicans went ahead with their proposed Gay Marriage Ban amendment and Indiana voters rejected it. Of course, it would be even more refreshing if we got rid of the idiots in office that are taking time out to be bigots and to attack and vilify minorities, and asking Indiana citizens, 8.2% of which are still "officially unemployed", to join in the hatefest.
Why is it that when politicians have neither the interest or incentive to solve the problems they have made on behalf of the Top 2%, they find social issues to divide and distract the public with? Why do we tolerate this?
Also, I'm disappointed with the Indiana Democrats. We've had a total breakdown in leadership. We need to band together. The Republicans certainly must be laughing as they change districts and change laws to undo the elections that didn't go their way.
For example, they reacted to the people of Indiana choosing Glenda Ritz as Superintendent of Public Instruction with a proposal to take away our ability to choose a non-Republican the next time.
Elections have consequences. Indiana has gone from mildly fascist to moderately fascist since the last one.
